Chicks + Trucks.

Family outing to Basin Feed for Chick Day + free hot dogs. 

There were lots of baby chicks and ducks for the kids to hold and other animals for them to pet.

Molly's favorites were the chicks and rabbits, the smaller the better for her.

Athen's favorite was the pony, although he only felt safe petting it near its back end. 

The day was sunny and warm. The kids minds full of wonder and amazement. 

 

 The annual Monster Truck Rally is a have to daddy + son outing each year.

Loud noise, trucks, and dirt. Just what this boy loves.

This news was not shared fast and was not shared lightly. It was special news. We held onto it like a secret just between Tim and I. It was months before even the children and grandparents knew. 

Another baby girl is to come. My heart filled with joy knowing my now big girl will have a sister, a sister that I never had.
