Freedom.

We let freedom ring on the 4th. An independence day parade. lunch. fireworks. and family. We staked out the perfect spot and awaited the parade to start. There was candy to collect. lots to see. noises to be heard. 

The night air filled with the familiar sight and sound of fireworks the sound of  booms and whistles followed by crackles that look like glitter falling from the sky. The taste of patriotic cake on our tongues. 

All made possible by the freedom we are privileged to enjoy. 

Documenting.

Life's little moments: clean babies, pajamas, summer evenings, and sonic treats. These are the simple things that bond our family together. The moments when they will actually let me capture them and the moments we are happy to remember.

Imagine. Indian braves defending their tribe against the wild cowboys. 

Their imaginations take them to incredible places. Sometimes places out of this world - magical lands were princesses wear exotic accessories. I'm grateful for these little minds so full of adventure and wonder.

Blessing Day.

Today we blessed baby number three. My sweet babe dressed in white was given a name and blessing. 

Her blessing was sweet and I was touched by the Spirit as I listened to the words. A divine woman she will be. Blessed am I to be her mother, to learn from her and be touched by her example.

Choose to be good and righteousness

The adversary will look to trip you up but you are blessed with the courage, ability, and strength to thwart off the fiery darts of Satan

Physical strength and stamina as you encounter life's trials

Knowledge that your Heavenly Father loves you
